Ingleside at Rock Creek, a Presbyterian retirement home in Washington, D.C., is a continuing care retirement community. Established in 1906, the home is a mission of the National Capital Presbytery and is certified by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission. Ingleside is now at its third location, where 200 residents live in independent living units, assisted living units, or the health care unit. Western supports the home through its annual budget for benevolence. Several members of Western serve on Ingleside's board. They coordinate Western's support for Ingleside's activities, including the annual bazaars and the spring tea and fashion show.
